Monthly Fitness Memberships

I -Hub Offers monthly fitness membership during normal operating hours.  Membership includes use of cardio, weight training, fitness classes, and fitness equipment.  Trainers are on staff to assist members with training, nutrition, and weightless plans.

Total Athlete @ The Hub

Total Athlete & The Hub is a program designed specifically for each athlete by one of our I-Hub Certified Trainers.  This is a 10 Week physical training program designed to test your inner strength, resiliency, and determination to achieve a higher level of fitness.

MaxT3

M-F 6-6:30am

M-F 5-5:30pm


 

MaxT3 is a functional fitness program which means that it incorporates multi-joint, compound, whole body movements that are found in everyday activities. This is a get fit for life program.  In addition, MaxT3 incorporates all the essential characteristics of fitness including power, strength, endurance, balance, coordination, flexibility, speed and agility.




Athletic Power Yoga

Mon 4:30 - 5:15

W/Thurs 9:30 - 10:15am 


Athletic Power Yoga is designed for every athlete, from the weekend enthusiast to professionals. This class has a serious athletic-edge, engaging strength and flexibility, power and balance, agility and accuracy; all while practicing Yogic methods of breathing to oxygenate the body and promote muscle recovery.  A perfect cross training session for any aerobic or anaerobic sport.  This class will help heal your strains, increase your range of movement, stablize your joints, and get you back on track fully inspired.  


Instructor:  Emily GriggsEmily is a RYT 200 certified instructor trained in Iyengar-based yoga with an emphasis in Athletic Power Yoga.

I-Hub Rec & Wellness Fitness Class or personal fitness training.
